We offer the accommodation in eight apartments, five of which are completely new adapted and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a parking spot and a large garden for careless children play, with an outdoor grill and other equipment in order to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. The apartments are positioned in a quieter part of Novalja, yet close enough to all events in the town. A light stroll would take you to the centre in twenty minutes and maybe you decide on the way to stop in one of the restaurants by the very sea to have a romantic dinner or simply to sit by the sea and watch a sunset you have never seen before. All apartments have a view over the sea, from which you are 150 m away. Close to the apartments there is a marina with a boat crane as well as the service for their maintenance.

These apartments are in a new apartment building located in the Kolan Mandre on the island of Pag. The house has an ideal situation directly in the first row of houses from the coast.
The beach practically lies before the doors, only 30 meters away from the building. Since the local center is only 200 meters away, all facilities of the daily need can be reached on foot.
The apartments are modernly and functionally furnished, equipped with SAT TV and all have a sea view.
In the garden the guests have the possibility to use the barbecue for the preparation of domestic delicacies. The parking lot is in the yard.
